    As I thought it's going to be an easy day, thought about checking the condition of the L side window regulator. Bad idea as I couldn't wash the car and ended up working until 9:30pm on Sunday when the owner is going to collect the car the following day....


    Having said this, well worth it as I came to the conclusion that the regulator guide rail was beyond the re-usable state and once again, it backed up my theory of why the door window operations gets so slow.

    Time to flush the ABS.

    The owner reported that the area around the ABS reservoir was wet and covered in brake fluid so already knew that there were lots of air inside the accumulator.

    Ideally, wanted to keep the right rear wheel off for the oil filter change but in order to check the damper/tyre clearance, re-fitted all four wheels and bounced the car on the flat dolly.
