hi had abs sensor fitted to o/s front abs light still on did the paper clip and the abs lite up for 2 sec then went out for 5 sec then lite 1 sec then went out 5 sec lite for 1 sec then stayed off ?
any ideas the sensor came from the usa would this expain fault code ? cheers

As always, basic information on your NSX would help us in supporting you.

From your other posts, it looks like your NSX is 91 model.
There was another post from you regarding the ABS back in 2009. Is this the same issue?

If that is the case, I’m afraid replacing the wheel speed sensor won’t fix the issue.


From what you wrote this time, sounded like you are having ABS error code #1 which is exactly the case if your ABS pump kept running for 120sec.
The ABS is not achieving the targeted pressure threshold within 120sec and the system is shutting down for the failsafe reason.
There are several reasons for this such as leaky solenoids (there are four of them), faulty accumulator and so on.

As the member ‘britlude’ recommended you long time ago, try flushing or exercising it first before going any further.
