OEM one is very expensive in UK.

Probably just over GBP190 inc.VAT EACH for 96 model….

Aftermarket one from NGK/NTK or Denso is very good option and I use NTK one on my NSX.

In fact, OEM one is made by Denso and NTK was used for the F1 project so both are very reliable.

NSXCB vendor, Andy at vtecdirect may have Denso ones in stock.

If you know the exact OEM part no, you can get NTK/Denso ones from US through www.sparkplugs.com (http://www.sparkplugs.com) .

You need to be very careful when placing an order through US site as the introduction of four O2 sensors models are at different timing compared to the UK market.

It makes things more complicated with UK models because some of them have four O2 sensors yet they are not fully OBD-2 compliant.

The spec of CAT is different on the later model between US and UK models so the cable length is different as well.

Therefore, please do not place an order using the ‘Year Model’ method.

You must use the cross reference of OEM part no. against the NTK/Denso one.

It is best for your friend to check the Parts No. of O2 sensor based on the VIN to avoid getting the wrong parts.

Even he thinks it is a 96 model, it could be different from the VIN point of view.

Plus one! You can also get a cheap one from ebay and then get some NTK from SOS or similar.
