looking for some feedback on what people think of satin black ferrari style tailboard and twin lights as an upgrade to the std setup.
see photos of before and after but the black tailboard is just dubbed in with a picture programme so the real thing will look much better. i like it but what do you think.
cheers

Sorry I dont like it  Round lights dont suit the back of the NSX in my opinion.

Although second pics looks a lot like my car! My lights are tinted black.

Not a big fan tbh, looks a bit contrived - part of the joy of the NSX is its NOT a Ferrari ;)

exactly,

round tail lights don't fit in the NSX's rear profile its quite unique and completely designed round the big/long tail lights,

And it off course looks mega wannabe Ferrari.
but to each his own off course tastes differ.

Not a fan of that sorry. I would either keep it as is, go back to the OEM color or if needed upgrade to 2002+ lights if you can find them cheap enough.

Not a fan sorry, they don't seem to fit the profile of the rear. Just smoked like Jonny's is a nice touch.

Yes agree do like the smoked look on the rear lights for sure... Must find out what's involved.

I have always said that I would like some sort of upgrade as the standard rear does look a little dated. But having said that , I haven't seen and "conversion" that suits. I do like the black tinted look on the silver car (as mine is silver too) but I also like the fact that JDM cars have more of the rear clusters light up as sidelights / brake lights.

I know there are some on Prime that have experimented with LED conversions.

personally i don't like it.

I get the impression you do as you posted it.

I believe in modyfying cars, mainly because it adds a personal touch a bit of you to it.

Don't get me wrong, if someone done something horrific to a car then that's another story.

If you like those lights then you will like these.

It's a classic car design, you wouldn't put round lights on a Countach!

If i owned a Ferrari i would fit a Hamman kit so yes i would consider changing countach lights. However on the countach it would be a suttle change if any at all.
