Don't like chrome wheels, should get bigger brake set-up.
Not bad 02+ conversion...I like it otherwise.
The door card gives it away..

I'm not a lover of these and mainly because the detail lets them down. As you look at this you can see where they should have spent extra time in preparation before paint. A good example of how to do these right is Kane's of Umbrella Design ... the prep work reesulting in perfect panel fitment.

Agreed Paul...shocking panel alignment!

I'll second that, the bits attached to the rear are shockingly off.

Looks not too bad from the front though

I think this is a KSP built car IIRC. I am not a fan of that sorcery front, mainly because it would be unusable in the UK with our speed bumps! It will look tons better with a Sorcery diffuser.

Good grief.

The motoring equivalent of stone cladding!

The motoring equivalent of stone cladding!

Genius :)

Hopefully one day it will be returned to it's former, pure, glory.

Whilst I dont like that particular apron on the front bumper or the rear end pieces, is not that bad and parked to a pop up nsx it will look years and if done right be more stable at high speed too.

As much as I hate to admit it I think Ary is right, looks much more "Modern"

Maybe if they paid a bit more attention to detain, and not chrome wheels or that type of spoiler? I don't think the Yellow helps either.

Not quite as badly ruined I suppose ;) I just couldn't replace lovely precision aluminium panels with ill fitting (heavy?) fibreglass ones.

If you are of the opinion that the NSX looks dated that's because it is old now... even the 02+ cars are.

A few performance enhancing mods to keep the latest hot hatches at bay on the straights is fair enough, maybe even some different wheels to fill the arches more effectively but I'll be leaving the lovely original lines well alone.

Nothing wrong with growing old gracefully... not that I'd know of course :)

I think the front splitter on that one spoils it,a bit OTT, but other than that, I quite like the rest of it.

I kept my car narrowbody as trying to get the front and rear ( very light ) fibreglass panels to fit was a hell of a mission for the poor bodyshop. As mark mentioned preparation is the name of the game. So much for ready to paint. Also the parts are a lot lighter than OEM.

IMHO the 2002 plus cars do not look dated at all.

I don't mind the sorcery front but the rest is pretty horrid. It is also no where near low enough, which is the problem with most roadgoing cars fitted with those sort of kits, just looks odd to me.

Is it for sale, if so how much?

Thanks Silver Surfer, Yes - it is indeed my plan to attend Japfest this year. I wanted to come last year, but there was so much work still to do on the car. But thankfully, it is finally getting back to its best courtesy of Kaz's amazing work....

The body on the blue one is awful - the NSX lines are nice and clean, yet this has bolts and crap all over the place!

The body on the orange one is better...but WTF is going on inside???

 engine bay doesn't match the bodywork. Like a stunning blonde & when you ger her home the collars & cuffs don't match. Fakey flakey...

I quite enjoy riced Civs, but S2000s & NSXs are just taking a joke a bit too far, somehow.

Not really my cup of tea, but the Brembo brakes look nice on the blue one and the wheels look nice on the orange!
