While removing ane of the cats the nut was corroded so i had to cut it off, does anyone know if the studs are replaceable?

Thanks

Hi,

Yes they are Replaceable. However I done an exhaust change on a members cars last week and got some bolts to suit from an engineering company.

Here's the OEM parts pic:

Bolt number 3 in the pic has the part number: BOLT, CONVERTER 18176-P08-003

As Sudesh says they are replaceable. I had to change some of them, quite easy if done right. The bolts are quite expensive though.

Hi, Chris.

Not sure the size of your engine you have but BOTH the nuts and the bolts used for the cats are different between 3.0L and 3.2L engine so be careful if you are ordering them through Honda.

You can get the spring loaded bolt from your local exhaust shop quite easily and possibly cheaper than the OEM one.

Please remember to replace all of the gaskets at the cats (#14 on Sudesh's diagram) as well.

Kaz
