Just picked these up today. Was running a bit lean at the front so I decided to upgrade the pads; and along with the Goodridge hoses I recently installed, the whole setup has made a very noticeable difference.

I replaced both front and rears and the EBC kit was fantastic and came with the shims also.

Hi Paul,

I done a few short trips to start beding in the pads, but it started to rain so I quickly put the car back in the garage lol. I noticed a difference right off from using them, and that was at a fairly moderate speed, but then again, compared to the pads I took off, I guess an improvement would be noticed anyway.

The other NSX is a car I have in for some services, health check and upgrades etc. Belongs to Ed, a new member on the forum from Ireland.

I was so pleased with my first set of Red Stuff pads I put some EBC drilled/slotted discs on last time round and they seem just as good after 2K miles use.

Redstuff are ok until put to the test on track for example. They lasted half a track day on my type r accord. only use Ferodo Ds2500's now and they are incredible. Have supplied a member on here with DS2500 Fronts and he seems impressed. Rears arent available but would suggest oem actually good enough on rears.

THE best brake pades I've ever used in Brembo calipers were Performance Friction. Unfortunately they no longer do the NSX pads anymore or I'd buy them in and instant. PF fronts with DS2500 rears were an unbelievably good combination......

Yes but most owners know track use opens a whole new can of worms. These pads are perfectly fit for the purpose EBC advertise. That said ive also seen some regular track day lads with all the competition gear that my wife could beat.

just put new discs and red stuff pads all round plus a fluid change on my 97 3.0 Auto, think the discs were original, don't know what pads were on the rear, but the front were green stuff.
I only road use and braking is now supurb to what it was, particularly
as the brakes warm up.
best investment in some time :)
