Got my Nissan Elgrand in Yesterday. Took a few quick photos to show you. I have to say I think this machine is amazing and quite rare also. It's got loads of nice features, plenty of power as it has the Nissan 350Z engine and gearbox, 3.5V6 around with Auto Tiptronic, smooth and very quiet. Once I get it valeted I'll take some more pics of the outside and inside etc.

Looks well! It has hints of that Nissan Cube, but stretched out quality look. Especially like the front wing to the doors mirrors design!

Thanks guys! I dont usually like min vans/people carriers either but when I saw this machine in Japan I thought it was something else. Its looks much better in the flesh and I'll get some proper pics taken as those arnt the best, but yeah it a fantastic machine and pretty nice combo with the size plus the engine and gearbox. It's an 8 seater but it can all be moved around and can be anything from 2 seats to 8 basically. It also has the captain seats and the side doors are powered so they open/close with a touch of the button or you can use the button on the car keys, the side doors and rear door all have the soft closure system so they will close themselves if not shut correctly. It has seperate heating front and rear, both climate control, and there is a built in remote behind the front seats, so the rear passangers can control the radio and heating to suit themselves. Also has Xenons headlights and similar dash illumination to Lexus. The list just goes on..........lol!

Also going to remove the cheap looking Fog light, I had it stuck on with double sided tape just to get it through SVA. I'll probably rewire a tailight so it works as a fog.

Sudesh,

Nice People carrier..the front has plenty of road presence.

How do you rate the GT4?

SS the I imported the GT4 along with the Nissan, a few DC5's and a brand NEW FD2 Civic Type-R saloon.

This is the second GT4 I have brought in, I have to say I quite like these, I dont think its overaly quick but then again I suppose it depends on what you would compare it too. Its quite a heavy car and being 4wd it has a dreadful turing circle, this one is the later slightly face lifted GT-4 its a 1996 car. I did have a WRC version which has the higher rear spoiler, 3 spoke wheels, anti lag valve, bonnet spoiler, spray bar under front bumper to spray the charge cooler radiator. I like these too as they are quite rare compared to the Subaru's and EVO's etc, the interior is quite nice and has all the usual features, the seats are very comfy and supportive, I think the seats are made by Recaro. I'll take some pics and post them up.

Sounds like fun bringing a crate of cars over!

Are you not tempted to bring a type S over?

I'm sure there's much better margins in the other stuff but next time you bring a crate load over let me know if there's a spare space and you want to help me get one here!

Nice box BTW beats all the alternatives over here; I'd have to have 5 kids before you saw me in one though!

Cheers

Luke

Very nice GT4, always prefer these to Escort Cossie at the time before the Scoobs/lancers arrived. Of course I also liked the Grale too, tempremental but what a great looker!

Thats not your Porker 996 too is it?

I also had an Escort Cosworth many years back, it was one of the last one's made, a late 1996 LUX model with the smaller turbo in Mallard Green, I sold it when it had only 3,000 miles. Think I have pics somewhere of that too. I however would take the Cossie over the GT4, cant put my finger on why as both are quite rare but there is something a bit special about the cossie. The intergrale is an amazing machine, I seen one of these come up forsale in Japan last year with ony 5k on the clock and still had all the original shrink wrap on the floor and plastics etc, stunning machines.

The Porsche belongs to my younger bro, its a facelifted 996/911. Not as quick as the NSX though!! lol
