Didn't the autos all have Power Steering?

I have a spare NSX steering column in case this helps. I purchased it from Japan when I thought I had a steering problem (turned out to be a just a sheared bolt so I did not use the new column). Advertised as "test mileage only" and still in box. Part number 53200-SL0-043

You mentioned "steering column." Does that include the whole steering rack? And is it suitable for an auto?

No the steering column goes from the steering wheel down to the joint above the steering rack. I just mention it in case your fault is not definitely the rack.

The power steering is on the rack itself so I believe the column is the same for the auto and manual.

Are you sure the steering rack is the problem? When I had my steering problem the dealer said I needed a new rack (£6000 sir) but later discovered it was just a sheared bolt so it's worth checking all options)
