I thought this deserves it's own thread away from the other Motorshow thread! I Read in Autocar today that its in the Heritage Enclosure with other very special cars of destination! Some of the cars were at Goodwood recently! :proud::proud:

Is this Senna's car or the one we saw at Gaydon, the UK Auto that Senna once drove ??

I was thinking the same as you Simon .... after all, if as they claim they have spent £10k restoring it, they might as well show it off (even with the wrong rims  )

I asked and it was the first NSX in the country. Was a G reg auto

It must be the same one that I looked at & took pics with my own car after Japfest 08, but can't find pics at present! :( It had something like 7 or 8k miles on the clock & the wrong 94+ alloys wheel as Paul states. It was driven by a member of HUK who then informed me that we won best stand in show that year! :) Great to know the great man once sat & drove it!

Sorry bout the late post guys but I just found this.
Just thought I'd say I live in a small village in norfolk and back in the late 90's (to cut a long story short) Ayrton came out to visit some friends directly over the road from me and although I was only 11 at the time I met Ayrton by fluke a me and my friend happened to hit a tennis ball over the wall, anyhow I sat in his Honda NSX and it was deffinately a manual in 1991, but he also came out here in 1993 and he had a silver auto one.
During his lotus days he use'd to only live in Eaton norfolk.

Interesting info! Would be nice to know exactly how much he used this particular car.

Apparently the G reg red auto at Japfest 08 was not his, he just used it a couple/few times?
