Really like this song, there have been a few version but my favourite has been by these group of guys that go together to do a live version.

Brilliant.Like Dan i'm not into religious singing, but i do appreciate a good singing voice when i here it.I also thought the choice of singers was excellent because they all had different quality's to their voices.

Yeah I'm the same, actually didnt think the song had anything to do with religion? I heard it on Shrek and just done a search for the song, there are a few versions and singers but I thought this was the best.

Correct, it's not really religious (actually, if you listen to the lyrics it does talking about David finding a secret chord and it pleased the Lord, but then it goes on about bathing naked on the roof etc :))

Originally by Leonard Cohen (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00136NIPO/ref=dm_mu_dp_trk13?ie=UTF8&qid=1214728280&sr=8-1) but probably best known for the Jeff Buckley version - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00136LQXK/ref=dm_dp_trk6

Someone lent me the Jeff Buckley "Grace" album years ago, and said it was really good. As with many such things, it sat on the shelf for ages and eventually got a few plays through - wow, what a great voice, what a sweet guitarist...

The word Hallelujah is religous.
