Although i don't know the bloke i know something of the story because he only lives about 10 miles from me and so when people saw my first NSX i had the story told to me a number of times.
Apparently he had a letter off Honda saying that the car was built to travel safely at speeds far exceeding the speed that he was caught at.
Nice one Honda.
