I have spoken to a breaker and they are getting 2 NSX's in shortly, a Red one and a White 3.2, they don't know much about them at the moment but the White one has come from Honda for some reason, has been totally stripped of identity and cut in half.

Am waiting to hear back with more details, anyone know anything else ??

AFAIK the white one could only be one car...

Duncan's old one that was taken back in to Honda and mysteriously sat around for ages.

Don't know about the red one... not one of mine!!

Could it be the white 04 that had the strange suspension problems?

It's the one with suspension problems that I was thinking about - I think I've got it confused with the white one with red leather thyat was for sale woth pop ups.

If it's an 02+ I'd be up for some bits esp rear bumper valance etc:D

Is the white one the car that seemed to suffer some extraordinary ****-up at the factory?

Would be interested in the exhaust if it happens to be anything like a Taitec....manifolds too if they are primary......assuming they will fit an NA 1 of course.

Have just spoken to them, they are moving premises and won't be able to confirm any parts or prices until next Wednesday or Thursday :(

I could do with the clutch ( if it's twin plate and in reasonable condition....this is emergency time!!)

Hi Simon,

If you should ever get at these cars, my ABS light is on now I have returned from holiday.
I haven't had time for a full check out of what is wrong but the pump ran for the full 2 mins and then automatically cut off and triggerred the light.
I did knock up some leads quickly to exercise the solenoids but whilst they all respond and click away, only the first one exercised foamed back any fluid and now, whilst the pump runs on demand, (fairly noisily), there seems to be no system pressure building. My first thought is that maybe the accumulator diaphragm has failed whilst sitting for a month and the nitrogen pre-charge has gone. No compressable gas, no pressure build up!

If possible, can you bear me in mind for the accumulator and pressure switch assembly pending further tests.

I believe that the later model assembly, if that is what is on the later model car, can also be retro-fitted to an early model car using the S.O.S wiring loom, which (at the right price) would be a good option.

Cheers,

Andy

Well I have been chasing them constantly now with no joy.

I'll give it another 2 days and then put their details up on here for anyone else to try.

I'm still in the market for a headlight washer system, complete, if there's one installed from the red or the white.
I'd also like to get my hands on a UK style, rear bumper cover in GPW as well. It's probibly bollicksed if it's a breaker.
Please keep me in mind.

I have given up on the company now, after ringing constantly since I heard about this they still can't provide me with any details or prices.

Someone else might have better luck.

Hi Nigel

I contacted them as per contact details in Simon's post, ie post number 26. Sounds like they have stripped the car of its majority though by now.

Cheers
