NSX 3.0 engine / NA1 Cat Back Exhaust

As per the title. Will consider a standard exhaust or stainless steel after market (that's not stupidly loud). The Bullet one I've got on at the moment has rusted to hell and hence failed the MOT.

I have a NA1 cat-back system - done just under 50k miles. Part fo he heat shiwld is missing from one of the pipes where it meet the cats but won't be worth replacing it.
