Hi,
the electric boot release on the drivers side door no longer releases the boot. Is this just a fuse (says it's also the temp control but that is operating fine i think), or could it be something else that is wrong. Key opens the boot fine.

Thanks

Tried the switch in the glovebox?

or maybe the wire has a break in it/become disconnected at the back of the switch?

i wasn't aware there was a switch in the glove box, maybe on later ones, i've seen them on s2000. mines a 93/94 although chassis number puts it 92 manufactured.

i'm taking the door card off soon on the drivers side to replace the last amp that i haven't done so anymore help on if this if it might be at the back of the switch would be appreciated.

it's not just a fuse is it? i remember checking and don't think it was

Thanks

check there's a voltage on the switch if you have the door apart anyway, but do check the glovebox isolator switch... mines JDM 1992, and definately has one! the previous owner had laboriously re-wired a supply to the release switch, not realising the supply had been isolated further up-stream!!!
