Picked up the yellow one today i viewed at japfest. he had really gone to town on it and looked so much better than japfest, was gleaming in fact.

Mark was an ace guy, loved the car to bits and never scrimped on anything so made the whole sale easier. well apart from suspect bankers draft i gave him but thats his problem..ha ha kiddin mark :D

Drove 370 miles home and am knackered, ended up staying out for a few more hours enjoying the car with my friend in his M coupe. good fun.

Cant wait to tap into the ability of it and start driving it it a lot neater and faster. but one step at a time. 5th gear is a big shock after 4 cyl vtecs, its actually nails it and goes! awsome.

Just one pic with my friends cars..like a fruit salad :D

absolutly chuffed as punch. 370 miles in 3 hours.. ;) either milage clocks up wrong or clock is slow as i never speed.

Congrats Dan, good to see you got what you wanted. I aqm sure you will find this yourself but driving smoothly rewards you in the NSX unlike lots of other cars you have to hustle.

Really like the NSX in yellow! A friend of mine, who is probably one of the longest NSX owners in the UK has one in yellow. A gentleman know as Paddy Heron. He had a red NSX in 1991 when they first came out, kept it till 2000, then bought a yellow NSX and still has it.

Mark, good luck with the property hunt, hopefully a few wise buys could have you in a position to own another NSX soon.

I'm Metalhead on the DC2 forum (AKA Phil) and collected a set of DC2 rims from you a couple of years back. I've still got the Teg but it goes up for sale this week - strangely enough the car used to belong to Nigel R (Charlie:One on here) who now owns a rather nice white Gen 2 NSX... perhaps I should go the same route!!!

I had a few sets of DC2 wheels so so easy to froget who was who, and im sh1t at that at best if times. lol

Davemat, is your car sorted out now?

DAVEMAT

Unfortunately no, when the previous owner had an after market alarm fitted, they happened to hide the plug behind a plate in the footwell, which took some finding, so by the time I got the car in, and they sussed out the problem, which is a relay and an oxygen sensor, it was time for me to get back to work.
The parts have been ordered and will be waiting for me on my return, which hopefully will be in Sept.

Hi Dan mate, Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, recovering from hols & back to work this week! We will definately meet up soon, I will ring you. As for servicing, the only NSX dealer in NW is 2Mills in Ledsham near Cheshire Oaks Retail outlet, infact it covers NW England & Wales! They can provide you with courtesy car, maybe you could drop your car off & use courtesy car to see a bit of N.Wales or shop til u drop at Cheshire Oaks! I'm gonna use what used to be Rylands Honda in centre of Manchester, now Arnold Clarke I think as they used to sell NSX & there is one dedicated Technician there. James :D
