Greasing electric window runners

Do I need to remove the front and rear glass guides from the door to grease them, or is there an easier way to do it?

Get what is called an acid brush, peal back the moisture barrier and try and find something called Lubri-Plate. It is used in the aviation industry. Your local airport mechanic will have some if he's worth a damn. Just brush on a liberal amount in the track and carry on. If not use Honda grease. Your parts guy will have it.
