HI All,

I'm not sure if this topic has been covered, if it has, my appologies for being a lazy git and not looking, BUT I would like to ask about spark plugs.

What is the best type? I see that there is an NSX set of NGK plugs on fleabay for about 60-odd quid.

Are these any good? Is this a good price for plugs?

Ta.

I think I'd go for the best set. I know that spark plugs can actually make a great difference to a car in both performance and emmissions. If there is a set on the market that are better than OEM then I would certainly go for them.

Thanks

Thanks Reg,

That site lists 2 types of plug, 1 - PFR6G-11, which I think are OEM fitment for £7.34 +vat, and 2- BKR6E IX for £5.50 + vat. SO I think I'll probably go for the first option, unless anyone else has any info on this topic?

This is the Ebay link

So I think buying them from your source will be cheaper, nice one :)

I think it's the 6 for the NSX, 7 for the S2000.

Nn real reason why not the iridium ones Amo, I just usually think that if something is slightly more expensive, then it might be a little better.

Hi

Be carefull the NON OEM ones don't fit properly into the igniters. If you look carefully the NGK plugs ( developed for the NSX) have a solid terminal where the collar can't be unscrewed. If you fit the wrong ones you will know immediately when trying to listen to the radio as they cause huge amounts of interference.
