I have sourced a replacement OEM head unit and want to swap this for the one currently installed in Y1.

Having looked at the (very good and detailed) instructions on Prime explaining how to remove / refit an NSX head unit, I dont feel confident to do this myself.

Soooooo............can anyone recommend anywhere / anyone in the Surrey / Sussex area who can be trusted to perform this transplant without inflicting damage to the interior trim of my car?

Many thanks

Ian

Ian Bannings in Guildford (http://www.ianbannings.com/) have a good reputation and fitted an ICELINK to my 406 coupe without any damage. But really having now done some stereo fitting myself it really is pretty simple provided you follow the instructions and have the necessary hex allen keys or whatever.

May be a bit far for you, but I have had very good results with Sextons in Southampton..separate franchise to main business.

Speak to Ed.

Very friendly and knowledgeable.

It's an easy job, only one bit where you have to be a bit careful which is documented on prime...

Be brave...

Hi Ian,
We've used Orpington car stereo in Caterham a couple of times and no complaints so far, so happy to recommend them.

I could be intrested in your panel if you don't want it anymore.

Paul.

Thanks for the recommendations and advice chaps.

Paul - which panel are you after?? I am actually doing a straight OEM - OEM swap, so I dont anticipate any left over bits (though previous experince of me pulling cars to bits have proved this not necessarily to be the case!!!!!)
