View Full Version : Tyre pressure

NSX 2000

As I have changed my wheels from the original 245/40 ZR 17 to 245/35 ZR18 at the rear and 215/45 ZR 16 to 215/40 ZR17 at the front I 'm not sure what pressure the tyres should now be.
The sticker on the drivers door frame for the orignal size is 40Psi at the rear and 33Psi at the front. As I know tyres play a huge part in the performance of the NSX I think getting the tyre pressre right is also quite important.
I'm running Goodyear Eagle F1's all round if that makes a differance.
Thanks in advance
Paul
PS My old tyres and wheels are not for sale before anybody asks. ;)

Hi Paul,

I asked the same question about tyre pressures when I went to OEM 17" all round. The advice from the tyreshop was to use manaufacturers settings as you are currently doing.

I dont know if this would apply on your combo, may be worth a search on Prime as many owners ther go the 17/18 combo.
