Did any members go to Santa pod yesterday/ Great day out but I was a bit dissapointed there was only one NSX (that I noticed) trying his time out on the strip (run what ya brung) It was round about 13.5 secs and 104mph at terminal. which is quite good. I only saw the 1 attempt out of 3 as I was in the queue ready to go on the strip so don't know his other times. the only draw back for us was the long drive home to devon afterwards.

Cheers Mike

So I guess Nigel's White one didn't make the strip but was probably there somewhere and the red 3.0 with Nitrous (reg NSX15T) was the one running. Am I right ??

I would be dissapointed with 13.5 though, what was the track condition like ??

Hi Simon
Track was very good, but I think the red one had a bad start to begin with, ( the run I saw) did'nt see the white one but it may well have been there. Could have done better times in the other runs, especially with nitrous on tap! I would imagine he would be in his 11's with nitrous.

Not a chance of getting into the 11s without serious mods. 13s is the norm for any NSX.

Yep, i'd say a mid 13 for a standard car is pretty much on the money.

If it was a red one with nitrous, graphics on the side, and one seat, then that is Ken Weale's car. It's an auto.

Yeh that was the one, with one seat and graphics. What does it do with nitrous? does anyone know. Standard form I would imagine mid 13s to low 14s, dependant on start. Nitrous?

Mike.

I think I've seen it hit 12's in the past.

I would hope most of the NSX's can get low 13's at least, I can comfortably get 13.9 in the S2000.

104mph in 13.5 secs...I know I would be disappointed with that!

Martin, I'm sure you would beat it given you have a manual ..... Sounds good for an auto ... anyway of knowing if it was with/without the nitrous??
