NSX Horn ?

Will the system take an airhorn without a relay? I mean is there a relay in the NSX's horn circuit. I installed a set of FIAMM on my Amazon and they sound great, seen a few people do it on NSX Prime, but not much mention of changing relays.

Have any of you installed air horns in your NSX?

I've got the Fiamms on the S. IIRC, the pump draws 20A.

My relay drives the relay supplied by Fiamm (because it was the easiest way to do it!) with a dedicated supply. The single horn on the S is only 5A or somthing ridiculous, which is why it's so farty.

It's not inasmuch the relay that's the problem; the wiring is too thin.

I'd imagine it's the same on the NSX.

You might be better swapping in a brace of FIAMM electrics: There are some who haven't upgraded their wiring for the bigger electrics & their S2Ks haven't combusted.
