Not long to go before testing gets underway and we learn who’s had a good winter adapting to the new reg’s ...

Anyone else seen the news that Liberty Media may be looking to sell F1? Apparently they’ve not hit their objectives ...

I wonder if this is why Bernie was seen at some of the tail end events of last season ... and who would bet against the old fox buying back at a significantly lower price than the reported $8bn he sold it for?

Very interesting, i certainly wouldn't put passed the Wiley old fox Bernie.

Now if they were to bring back "topless" grid girls Liberty Media viewing figures would multiply 10 fold.😳😂

Even if Bernie buys the circus back what can the spectators exspect? No "topless" grid girls (I'm afraid :)). Would racing be more interesting? I do hope so. Under Bernie there have also been some seasons of dead-boring races. I really hope it to be a three-lane finish.

It's "pants down" on the 18th in Barcelona, at least for the reliabilty aspect. Last year, McLaren was proven wrong, I hope it to be the same this year for Renault too (they're argueing that their engine is better than the Honda engine).

^ They're hardly going to say it is worse than the Honda engine, are they!

I have been contemplating going to the Chinese Grand Prix this year with it also being the 1000th Grand Prix.
Anybody else going or thinking of going?

Not likely.:( Probably just stay home in a lit locked room for weeks on end.

Well that’s how an F1 race should be ... great opening laps, good battles up and down the field, some great comeback drives and a final 10 laps to keep you on the edge of your seat ...

No spoilers just in case you’ve not seen it yet ... enjoy it!!

First win for a Honda engine in F1 since JB in 2006 in Hungary.

Yes, wonderful to see a Honda engined car win again in F1 and acheived in great style - brilliant drive from Max and I was very pleased to see that the stewards decided to take no action over his robust pass on Charles whose 1st win surely can't be far off (though Ferrari seem to have an endless supply of new ways to ****-up races!)

Obviously as an owner of several Honda Cars, and a load more of there other products I was very pleased, and glad to see the Honda man collecting the team prize. However I was very torn by the last overtake, Max was in the faster car and deserved the win, however if that had been Hamilton, and Vettel, with Vettel on a charge, would the stewards enquiry been the same?

Compare how sanitised the racing has become in F1 compared to the action they had on ITV 4 for the BTCC.
