The above photos were taken with a camera phone to make sure they were smaller than 500K! So not that good. will try to down size better photos.

Very nice! Similar to the Skyline R34 alloys. Which make are they?

Really suits the car/colour. :D

I don't no why it's making the picture so big :?

But if you right click on it, then it comes up in a new window the correct size :? :? :?

Any answers :?: :?:

whatever size your image file actually is, that's the size it will be presented by the image attachment function of the forum.

you need to resize the image using photo-editing software to something suitable before uploading it.

the reason it appears in a more acceptable size when you click the image is because you are then going directly to the image, and most browsers these days detect when an image is bigger than your screen resolution and re-sizes it for you to see it without having to scroll.

Darren

I did down size the file, in the case of Black Wheel from 2.17MB down to 304 KB, and Alloy wheel from 1.97 MB down to 169 KB.
Or do you mean I have to change the dimension as well?
Dimension is always 2592x1941 no matter what the file size.

got it in one ;)

think about it - if your screen resolution is normal, that could be any of the following:

800x600
1024x768
1280x1024
1600x1200

(mine is 1024X768)

so if you post a pic that is 2592x1941 then it's clearly not going to fit on a screen of any normal resolution.

so attached or linked pics in threads tend to work best if you change them down to a resolution of 800x600.

and guess what - by changing the resolution you also reduce the file size at the same time.

hope that helps

Paul,

I've had similar problems in past loading photo's. Using Darrens advise to go into photo editor, but then what I do is reduce the 100% photo doen to (usually) 65% and resave. Seems to work for me.

Good luck

Paul
