Glove box inner section - broken/damaged

Does anyone have a glove box inner recess (the suede covered piece) that is broken/damaged they can sell cheap? (pic of piece attached) -

I just need the metal latch for my track car! Im hoping its attached to this piece and not the dash

Are you referring to the striker/latch marked in yellow?
If it's still available, you can buy it from Honda at reasonable cost and since it's a race car, may be you can create suitable lightweight spacer for mounting it?

Not cheap if ordered through HUK but should be cheap from Japan.
Or, you can always try Christian at ATR.
He may have used internal glove box parts.

Thanks Kaz. I think the guy took it off when he flocked the dash. I fabricated something in the end using a DC2 striker catch. Works a treat :)
