Zero-to-x acceleration times aren't particularly meaningful for the real-world unless you enjoy going to the 'Pod and mullering your drivetrain. Yet another part of the whole 'Top Trumps' approach to performance car marketing which has seen involvement/engagement at sensible speeds diminish from modern cars.

At last an article that shows just how good this car is in the hands of an amateur during a fun autocross course fun weekend competition and it ended up not only beating but literally thrashing some awesome track focuses machinery to win the event.
Some great videos included as well.

Looking forward to hearing your review.
Just watch out for the front nose clearance and would be interesting to see how the front reg. plate looks on each body colour….

It will be interesting to see how the front reg. plate looks on each body colour….Kaz

As you can imagine Kaz it will look like pigs ear whether positioned central or to one side and no doubt will impede both the aerodynamics and aesthetics. :(

IMHO Paul the first thing to do is to remove it.

Always keep a vynyl stick on one rolled up in the glovebox just in case.

In over ten years of never having a front number plate on my NA1 I've never been stopped by the law and only ever put it on for the MOT once a year.
Strangely enough the only time I was ever asked to have it fitted was by the barrier track marshals before entering for a lap of the Nurburgring this year, I pulled it out from the glovebox and stuck it on in about 10secs.👍

Enjoy it anyway Paul, with or without, I'm sure you're very excited.😎
