It's the only forum on the internet I've had problems so far. It feels like the keyboard is defective but it's not. I'm not sure if it's linked to the disable of the copy/paste function.

I think it could be an Internet Explorer problem, I use Firefox when looking at NSXCB.

Over the last few days, tested several different settings and while there is no single solution for every cases, please try the followings as at least one of them may work for some of you experiencing the text input issues.

First of all, the issue only seems to happen if using IE11 or MS Edge as the browser.
Users with Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc seemed to be fine.

1. If no cursor showing up, click on the ‘Title:’ box first before clicking inside the main post field.
If you are using the ‘Quick reply’ feature, this ‘Title:’ box won’t show up.
Please click ‘Go Advanced’ tab first before carrying out the above.

2. Change your editor setting
After logging into the site, click on the ‘Settings’ at the right top corner.
Scroll down through the left side menu and click on the ‘General Settings’ inside the ‘My Settings’ window.
Scroll down to the bottom and inside the ‘Miscellaneous Options’ window, you will find the ‘Message Editor Interface:’.

Change it to something different from the current selected setup.
For example, if your current setup is ‘Enhanced – Full WYSIWYG Editing’ please try the ‘Standard Editor’ first before trying the ‘Basic’ one.
If your current setup is ‘Standard’ or ‘Basic’, please try the ‘Basic’ or ‘Standard’ before moving onto the ‘Enhanced’.

For most of the users, ‘Standard’ should be enough.

3. There are many other methods such as changing the fonts, size, alignment, etc that may fix the issue but please try above two methods first especially No.2.
