Cat D 2003 car on autotrader

Wouldn't normally even consider a cat D but the price is tantalising. Anyone know the car?

If it's the red one at about £30000, a few forumites have been to see it. One spent good money on an inspection (at Honda?) and saw it was badly bodged as soon as he arrived to buy it.

Could maybe part it out for £20k? But it's been suffering death by a thousand (price) cuts for at least a year.
