Hi Guys,

Allow me to introduce myselfl, I'm Bas from Helmond in the Netherlands (Europe). Together with Dimer i've founded "NSX Club Europe. I work as a international sales manager for Plastics 4 Performance (http://www.lexan-windows.com/) who makes Lexan windows for the motorsport industry. And have my own company called R-developments (http://www.r-developments.com/) . Owning an NSX was a lifelong dream, and i was lucky enough to be able to buy my NSX just before turning 31 years old last year. Before the Auto vs manual trashing begins i drive an F-matic due to a paralised arm (reason why i can't shift), but i can guarantee Honda did a good job with their F-matic. Some specs:

Honda NSX-T 3,0 F-matic
Color: Indy Yellow Pearl
Year: 1997 (it's a late NA1 though)
Modifications on the car already:

Work Emotion wheels 17x8 et 42 / 18x9.5 et 38
330mm JBT front brake setup
K&N panel filter
Downforce Intake stack
Jdm 3rd brake light
KW V3 Coilovers
Advance Titanium GT exhaust
NA2 headers
Sport catalic converters
Red valve covers
NA2 rear brakes with Power Slot grooved discs

Further i got some stuff on my wish list, Recaro Pole position seats in black leather and some other upgrades.

Some pictures of the car:

When i bought it in the UK:

At the moment it's Winter over here so the car is sat under it's cover in the garage, but i can't wait for the summer to begin. I'm redoing the suspension as i like the Bilstein setup better then the KW V3's. Furthermore i'm mounting different wheels (again, i have a bit of a "wheel fetish") and redoing the brakes Furthermore i'm finalising a new carbon intake:

I'll be sure to post some updates over here!

Thanks for looking!

Bas

When i see a European NSX one thing ALWAYS bothers me, the sagging licenseplate holder. So after some "bodging" with my new"sagginglicenseplateholderfixingmould" tool..

https://scontent-a-ams.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash3/t1.0-9/10155787_652965118107966_1238049371_n.jpg

So if anyone wants to borrow the tool let me know ;-)...

Won't this be like a facelift?? It'll eventually sag again..... Nice idea and effort though. Might give it a go...

I've used a "3M kit" made for fitting emergency windscreens around the top edge. Hopefully this will prevent it from sagging again.
Part # 08610 is the one i used:http://solutions.3mnederland.nl/3MContentRetrievalAPI/BlobServlet?lmd=1211285287000&locale=nl_NL&assetType=MMM_Image&assetId=1180598502357&blobAttribute=ImageFile

I'll keep you posted if she "sags" again...

Time for a decent side profile picture, i really like the result of the black roof makes the lines come out way better then with the standard roof.

Your car certainly does look fantastic, unfortunately I don't think I would get a yellow one approved by SWMBO.

It looks great mate. I can see what you mean about the lines and yellow is a great colour to show them off.
Did you plasti dip the wheels too? Not sure if you said so as posting a quick reply lol.

But the car looks fantastic and will add to the enjoyment of your big day.
So I would like to wish you both the best of luck and good health and I hope you both have a very enjoyable day together.

The finishing touch for the Nsx have just arrived. Custom made Recaro Poleposition Abe seats with full red Alcantara upholstery. As close as it gets to the original Recaro Nsx-R seats.....

Nice Bas but I would shoot your upholsterer for putting the Recaro logo in the wrong place! (Guessing they are not factory order?)

They are Recaro factory custom order, these are "sonderanfertigung" from Recaro Germany. They cannot put the logo in the NSX-R location, thats the only "flaw" in the equation.
reason being is that they are not allowed to make a "replica" from the original honda seats. But really i'm okey with that!

The other option was having the large white letters at the top, i preferred this option!

Yes, the standard Recaro logo is a bit 'in your face'.

Good to see them in their new home ... a small observation, but if you have some matt\satin black paint to hand, maybe consider touching in the exposed fixings by the sills ... rgds Paul

great pics mate, seats look fantastic. i have been reading about the problems with fitting into the car with taller folks on here.
the targa roof seems to help the head room some when no roof is on. i'd fit in perfect though, so waiting for the mass sale of nsx's by all
those over 6'1" as they get fed up :)

but love those white wheels, hope the children had a fun time too, weather looked great for the day.
