4 wheel drive from the next genertion Legend? Please god no!

The NSX is supposed to be a pure driving tool..please don't spoil it Honda! There are enough turbo nutter 4x4 *** cars around..

Honda, please keep it pure to the original!!

I know this is only someone's speculative view, but it sounds like a front engined Guiardo with the Sh-AWD, paddle's etc.

EVOLUTION - it works for the 911 and it WILL work for the NSX.

MId engined V8 or V10, 7 speed manual, RWD with variable and switchable traction control (including launch control) and keep the weight down please.

Absolutely!! I'd like:

3.5-4l V6, 380bhp-400bhp
<1200kg
RWD
Useable a-la NSX
Beautiful styling which is not derivative
Reliability & low running costs
Top drawer dynamics, but trully useable on British roads.

I had a play with a TVR Sagaris over the weekend, and whilst it would comprehensively destroy the NSX in the dry, I think I could be quicker across country in my Mini Cooper S in the wet! It was fun, but it was a bit scary  I like oversteer, but not necessarily under braking, mid corner, on exit and in a straight bl00dy line :)

I think the TVR would be a world of pain in the wet or worse still on those greasy days when it hasn't rained for weeks and it's just started drizzling!
I drove back from a Tatsu meeting through the b-roads one night following a couple of GT4s and it was pretty frightening. Once we hit the better roads it was much more comfortable.

According to the car mags the latest stories are suggesting Honda are going for a Bentley GT rival..so front engined. How disappointing

AutoExpress has an 'exclusive' today on Toyota's new supercar. They reckon 1200kg, 500BHP 5L V10, good for 200mph. Toyota want to 'build the world's most luxurious, best handling and safest supercar ever using as much F1 technology as possible'. All for about £80k.

Perhaps this is the true NSX successor?

I would be very suprised if it can crack 1200kg with an £80k pricetag.

Is it mid engined?

I did look, but it wasn't mentioned. In the picture it looks front-engined, due to the length of the bonnet and the position of the wheels..Shame.
