Don’t see much point as long as you replace your coolant regularly.

Corrosion happens when the coolant service was left for longer period or the system was flushed with water and not drained thoroughly.
You will need to drain your system any way because the coolant hoses, WP, etc won’t survive forever.

Plain water is better than the 50% coolant from thermal conductivity point of view and if you make the coolant too rich/thick, you could overheat your engine under certain conditions.

With C30A engine, even during the hot summer on twisty race track, the cooling system has enough capacity for many outings and the coolant temperature is very steady if your cooling system is operating properly.

If you look at your existing radiator, probably 1/3 of its fins are already bent or covered in lots of debris.
Another reason on why the radiator is treated as a consumable parts.

With C32B engine, you will notice the coolant temperature gauge passing the horizontal line a little depending on several conditions including the shape of the track, outside temperature, etc.

In fact, you should pay more attention to the Eng and GB oil temperature.
While OEM MTF3 is good enough for the street usage, you will notice the change in shift feeling just after one timed lap.
Still, MTF is fairly cheap so just replace it regularly.
