And 18mths ago (ish) you could have bought an NSXR for the price of the Monza, now they want 3 times as much ... Not sure they're selling at that though ...

thanx for posting the large photos

I can't believe how expensive the NSX's are in Japan, Vogue Sports recently sold their LongBeach Blue Type R and also a Pearl White Type R pretty quickly but they can't sell the 2006 Type R for 30 million Yen (£240k) MACS have a Yellow facelift Targa, 16km, £130k ! It is has been discussed many times before but the prices are outrageous, it makes the Facelift NSX at 4Star look a bargain at £65k.

KS-route never list pricing for the late model R's - alway POA. The white example they have on their site with 12km's is going for circa 18.5mil yen , I know - as i asked as i was interested in it . They're always keen to do deals however they tell me that prices are still firming up every day on 02-05 R's . Does kinda make 4Stars mint ' standard ' example seem reasonable with this said !

Most interesting part of these photos is the almost bare bodyshell in the background. we all know the NA2-R had Carbon Fibre bonnet and rear spoiler ... but doors too? is this just a KS display special or did I miss something along the way?

Or KS are creating track prepared NSX ?

No, it is a prototype NSX-R; the doors didn't make production and of course we know the carbon bonnet was eventually painted in production. More nice pictures of it in the glass booth:

My ideal trip would be to go to the NSX Fiesta and visit Route KS, MACS and Vogue Sports.

thanks for posting the link, interesting story behind the prototype shell.

Tell me about it! I'm almost 45, have survived a serious bout of cancer, but also want to build a one-off forever house, and have an NSX in the garage........
