Read Danny Boy's rebuild thread ... then factor in the UK's dislike for this activity and you have your answer ... if it was me I would be all over it but I'm not in the market ... only thing I would change is the wheel colour, needs to be brighter IMO but thats an easy fix, everything else looks to have been sorted.

Stateside they are people making a living by restoring the NSX, with potential customers waiting for the cars to be completed ...

At least one guy did all the work then put 10k on! ;)

Edit: ah, I didn't know it was reanimated.

It's actually pretty expensive to rebuild a crashed car to a high standard. A high quality respray can run you into £5K if you're not careful. There's nearly £400.00 labour just to strip and refit the front and rear bumpers. If you are doing the whole car there are endless components you need to remove in order to do a good job.
The other thing to consider is the paint. Being a three stage pearl, Imola orange is very expensive.

Cheers.

I take it this and the facelift IOP cars both sold as they are no longer on Pistonheads?

Facelift now belongs to mjames, not sure about DannyBoys, think the ad may have expired?
