Hi All,

Looking for a Momo 6 bolt steering wheel hub adapter and found this. Do you think this is the correct one?

It might fit but it will look like poo.

Go for the genuine one if you can find one:

Yes Sudesh - the link was simply to illustrate what the genuine hub looks like hence the 'if you can find one' comment.

The link you posted was for an adapter to fit a quick release setup. Probably could be used on its own but looks very short. There are a few sellers on Prime doing hub kits

The civic hub fits but you need a 15mm adapter \ spacer too. That is the cheapest option.
The taitec one is a good option, comes with all the wiring required and the hub is a larger diameter which helps hide the semi circular cut-out in the lower column cover too.

You will need to check the Momo part number, should be #4911. I actually looked back at some info I posted on prime about 5 years ago on this. If you search, there's a bit on the hubs there. It reminded me that if you buy the Momo hub, apparently you'll have to get busy with a dremmel because it may rub slightly. I originally bought the Sparco equivalent which I never had to modify apart from fitting a 15mm Sparco spacer to bring the wheel forward slightly.

The NRG hub is a nice piece, I got mine from Dali.

Hi Chris,

I am looking to swap to a Momo Tuner wheel, did you find a solution that worked that you could suggest re hubs etc? I also understand there is a need to bypas the airbag dasj light in some way?

You need to bridge pins 4 and 6 on the cable reel connector to disable the SRS light. Or take the bulb out!

How do you make the SRS light come on during ignition and go off after 2-3 secs just like a 'normal' car if you put a Momo steering wheel....Would what Simon said above just disables the light altogether?

Link from my 'NSX Technical and Service Informatuon Index 02, section: Body'.

Type-R Steering wheel & OEM Boss (http://www.nsxcb.co.uk/showthread.php?6367-2002-Type-R-Steering-wheel-with-OEM-boss&p=58209#post58209)

If you follow the procedure in the post #3, it will switch on the SRS light for a few second after IG SW in On position.
Other fail safe modes are still active so if something goes wrong with the SRS unit itself or other sensors, it will trigger the SRS warning light.

Did anyone find a source for a sensibly priced hub to fit the Momo Tuner steering wheel?
